Seamless Education Associates serves a variety of clients - school districts, technical and community colleges, chambers of commerce, development authorities, private companies, non-profit organizations, and community partnerships.
Any client can receive some or all of the following services:
- Design, launch, manage, analyze and report on data gathered by a customized, online needs assessment of local employers
- Design, launch, manage, analyze and report on data gathered by a customized, online interest survey of parents and students
- Organize and manage the work of a voluntary steering committee of businesses, economic developers, public secondary and post-secondary educators, parents and other community leaders (and multiple subcommittees)
- Create a planning timeline and manage the DOE charter school petition checklist
- Manage charter school planning "essentials" (align curricula across institutions and among academic and CTAE courses, connect with business/industry, connect with career guidance/counseling professionals, connect with parents, plan how to measure achievement and guarantee accountability, consult regarding facilities issues, and others tasks as identified)
- Develop business plan and strategic plan
- Design and implement marketing and publicity efforts
- Raise public and private funds, including grants
- Organize a non-profit to collect and manage charitable contributions and assets
- Manage development of charter petition and receive approval by local and state boards of education
- Assist with recruitment of faculty and staff
- Organize professional development and team-building for faculty/stakeholders
- Train governing board of directors of charter school
